Terms of Service

By joining our VTC, using our website, participating in convoys, or being part of our Discord community, you agree to these Terms of Service. Think of this as our community agreement—a shared commitment to respect, collaboration, and fun.

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to join our VTC. This ensures a safe environment and complies with TruckersMP's standards.

By joining us, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and fully understand your responsibilities as a member.

INDIAN GROUP offers convoy events, a supportive Discord server, a custom bot system, and a collaborative environment for all ETS2 and ATS players in our VTC.

While we do our best to keep services active, occasional maintenance, third-party downtime, or technical issues may interrupt availability. We'll keep you informed whenever possible.

We expect all members to contribute positively and respectfully. Our community thrives on kindness, teamwork, and the spirit of virtual trucking.

You agree to follow all INDIAN GROUP rules, TruckersMP regulations, and maintain good conduct. This includes using the VTC tag, livery, and attending events when available.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate details in your VTC application and related platforms.

Respect is key. Treat fellow drivers, staff, and players with dignity. Toxic or abusive behavior is not tolerated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Discord, TruckersMP, and any other gaming accounts. Use strong passwords and avoid sharing access.  

Trolling, ramming, griefing, and any disruptive actions in convoys or chats are strictly prohibited.

We maintain a family-friendly atmosphere. Avoid offensive language, adult themes, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks.

Using unauthorized software, hacks, or mods that offer unfair advantages or affect game integrity is not allowed.

Do not impersonate staff members, moderators, or fellow members. Be transparent and honest in your identity.  

Avoid spamming in chats and do not advertise other VTCs, servers, or services without explicit permission.  

INDIAN GROUP's name, logo, website assets, and branded visuals are owned by us and may only be used for community-related purposes.

When you share media like screenshots or videos in our community, you retain ownership but grant us the right to use them for promotion and event content.

Please do not use copyrighted or third-party content without permission. Always credit creators where appropriate.

INDIAN GROUP is a volunteer-run community. Our services are provided "as is" without any guarantees. We do our best, but technical issues may arise.

We rely on platforms like TruckersMP and Discord. We are not responsible for their outages, bans, or policy changes.

You are responsible for your own conduct. We are not liable for actions taken by members inside or outside the community.

Virtual trucking is fun, but online games have risks. Drive safely, avoid road rage, and report any issues you face.  

We may suspend or terminate your membership if you break the rules or harm the community. In most cases, we'll try to warn you first.

You can leave our VTC at any time. Just inform the management so we can update your status. We'll miss you!

Once you leave, please remove our tag, logo, and any private roles. Access to members-only services will be revoked.

These terms may evolve over time as our community and technologies change. Updates ensure relevance and protection.

We'll notify members through Discord announcements, our website, or email for significant changes.

Continuing to use our services after updates means you accept the new terms. We recommend reading all update announcements.

Most issues can be resolved with a quick chat. Please contact our management team before escalating anything.

For member disputes, our moderators or staff may step in to help mediate and find a fair resolution.

If necessary, the VTC leadership team will make the final call on unresolved issues to protect community harmony.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in India, and we aim to comply with all community and online regulations.

If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain fully enforceable. We'll work to replace anything necessary.

These Terms of Service are effective as of January 1, 2025, and apply to all INDIAN GROUP VTC members moving forward.  

Depending on the severity, you may receive a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the VTC. We always try to resolve issues through discussion first.

Yes, you can leave INDIAN GROUP at any time by contacting our management team. We'll be sad to see you go, but we understand circumstances change.

Yes, these terms apply to all INDIAN GROUP activities, including our Discord server, website, and in-game events.

Yes, we'll announce significant changes through our Discord server, website notifications, or direct messages for major updates.
